Welcome
Whether you are creating
a request for proposal, request for bid, or request
for quote, this website can solve many of your challenges and
reduce your procurement costs. Please read the
Procurement Contract Risk Management
study to understand the full importance of this site.
Research by our personnel
has uncovered many sites involved in RFP/Bidding. All offer some of the
services found on
RFPsite.com, but none are as comprehensive. Approximately 90% are
oriented toward government entities; some are self-centric, listing only
their RFP material; some specialize in only one industry, and unbelievably, others still employ manual
back-end processes. High entrance fees are not uncommon, with full
payment expected before the full extent of the site capabilities are
revealed to the subscriber. There is no doubt many of these services are
valuable and respected by their subscribers, or they wouldn’t have
survived. We anticipate partnering with some of these services, to help
unite the small and large business community, where possible, for the
benefit of all.
RFPsite.com is equally inclusive of government and
private sectors. While we have special tracking features for
Participation Levels (tiers), we accept and encourage participation from
the entire business community.
Our unique benefit is the function enabling
verifiable tracking and management of the procurement process.
We provide an open and transparent environment in our endeavor to assist
organizations in being compliant with the
Sarbanes-Oxley Act. While the entire system is open and
accessible by anyone, the bidding process is tightly secured.
Buyers agree to only accept bids (related to RFP's that are posted on
this system) through this
system and vendors may only return bids through this system. This is how
the tracking and reporting remains accurate and complete. It has
to be a joint effort between both parties. It is
the same process in use by most companies, except it has all the
tracking and efficiency that has been lacking.
Conveniently each member can be both purchaser and vendor. For example,
a large contractor has the ability to identify and subcontract part of a
project to a smaller contractor through RFPsite.com. All activity is
tracked and available in the system’s extensive reporting
matrix. Corporations and government entities are able to easily track
the activity of their tier one contractors, as it relates to letting of
subcontracts.
Now business entities of any form can research/locate each
other to network, partner, and communicate to make things happen.
Purchasers will receive reporting and bids from many more vendors, thereby increasing
competition &
quality, which reduces price. Vendors now have freedom to
easily edit and submit their bids in a secure, timely and efficient
process.
